THE POWER OF ONE PROJECT
In this audio interview, Juelle Wilkins, shares the adventure of leading a group of international students and mentors into the heart of Thailand where they volunteer at schools, elephant sanctuaries and villages. The experience is transformational for everyone involved.
Their non-profit organization is called the Blue Star of Hope. It brings young people together as a group, with a common purpose of service, learning and cultural exchange.
The setting is an Elephant Sanctuary and the Chaikasem Wittaya School inThailand.
Through service learning and uniting an international group of students, the participants will see themselves in the larger context of life, build confidence to find their place in the world,
cultivate peaceful understanding, compassion, & acceptance and appreciate the interconnectedness of all people.
